This course aims to provide underpinning knowledge required to build a strong compliance culture in an organisation. It includes techniques for effective consequence management intervention and methods. Participants will recognise risk identification as being the first step towards developing a safe workplace, followed by the application of effective control. A safety culture minimises the likelihood of even occurance and re-occurance.
