This is an excellent introductory course into the problem solving and decision making tools. The participants will be given several case studies to enhance their understanding of the tools. These case studies will need a group effort to solve them, thus the participants will be challenged with multiple ideas and viewpoints.

Participants will be trained and educated in order to be able to identify problems and their causes, use data gathering methods, analyze problems and issues, generate ideas and options, make decisions through the use of decision-making tools and perform action planning.
