AIMS & COURSE ELEMENTS: This course is designed to provide an understanding and will focus on the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Team Leader from Command the Incident, Understanding Control Function to the Coordination of the incident, planning the response, strategy options, tactical plan, order giving, fire ground hydraulic, delegation, communication protocol during emergencies and hand-on.
