This course MUST be attended for all those wanting to attain the role of AS, PIPC and/or AA within the BMC PTW System.

To ensure a safe place of work AS, PIPC and AA’s are expected to have the competency to understand the hazards involved and be able to identify the controls necessary for work covered by the BMC PTW System requiring a Level 2 Risk Assessment. This course will include but not limited to identification of hazards and choice of effective controls for:

·        Confined Space Entry

·        Open flame hot work

·        Working at Height

·        Pressure Testing

·        Breaking Containment

·        Working on Electrical Equipment

·        Work on High Pressure Systems

AS’s, PIPC’s, and AA’s achieving the required assessment level in BMC PTW-2B MUST attend BMC PTW-3A
