This 2-days workshop will improve the participants’ delivery of the content, and build rapport and confidence with their learners. Essentials of adult learning and how to make training ‘come to life’ are covered. This is a highly interactive workshop where the participants will have the opportunity to give presentations to other participants as part of the hands-on learning, as well as the utilization of training tools and running training activities.
