This course aims to ensure FLWSS are competent to deal with HSE and Supervising skills issues at their worksite. This course is mandatory to ensure participants remain acceptable to supervise worksites for all the major companies in Brunei. Participants will undergo assessments on the entire skillset of the Front Line Worksite Supervisor, which includes HEMP, Interventions and Toolbox Talks.
